At Love Luxury, we strive to ensure your designer pieces are perfect; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition with security tags intact and original packaging included.

Log in to your Love Luxury account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Carefully place the item in its original designer box and dust bag, ensuring all authenticity cards and protective seals are present before sealing the outer shipping carton.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
